  • •Supervise, assess, select, train, coach, and develop employees to foster strong performance.
  • •Serve as a central point of contact for production and quality issues, working with quality control to resolve issues and review quality trends.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years in a manufacturing environment, or a High School Diploma/GED plus 7 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum 1 year of leadership experience with people management.

  • •Experience with leading RIE’s/Kaizen/Manufacturing Engineering capital projects and other CI activities in a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience reading CAD or Inventor drawings (and experience in fabrication, assembly, or shipping / Engineer to Order business).
