Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate the vacuum tanker to haul and safely dispose fluids/sewage from company and client premises while maintaining safe hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • •Inspect the truck for defects before and after trips, reporting discrepancies related to truck condition.
  • •Drive the vacuum truck to customer locations to pick up fluids/sewage, including connecting hoses to extract fluids and monitoring allowable quantities.
  • •Maintain accurate work tickets, driving log books, and pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintenance files.
  • •Follow health and safety measures, alert supervision to mechanical defects, and communicate effectively with clients and employees.

Key Requirements

  • •High School or equivalent is acceptable.
  • •1-2 years of similar experience operating a vacuum tanker machine in a regulated environment is required.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license with the proper endorsements for the type of vehicle operated.
  • •Must have completed the necessary training for operating the equipment and any required brake certification if needed.
  • •Must be physically fit and able to perform job duties involving frequent movement and lifting/carrying while working shifts (24/7) and long working hours.
