•Identify, Position, Plan and Prioritise business development activities in the region.
•Work in a manner that fully reflects the market growth potential and position AECOM as a prime consultant in region by market share and reputation.
•Identify key clients and key pursuits; prepare key client management plans and key pursuit plans, maintaining a strong and achievable pipeline of opportunities.
•Understand market trends and anticipate client needs and position AECOM as best solution provider.
•Develop and maintain existing client relationships aiming to build trusted advisor status across key clients.
