Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-lead discovery sessions to translate business processes, pain points, and constraints into solution requirements and success criteria.
  • •Drive Spec-Driven Development using internal AI agents and orchestrators, shifting from hand-written code to spec-driven, validated, production-ready outputs.
  • •Design end-to-end solutions and write clear specifications covering domain models, interface/event contracts, data schemas, decision logic, and policies.
  • •Deliver backend and frontend solutions together—services, APIs, and data layers on the backend; configuration and product-facing UIs on the frontend—using the same specifications.
  • •Iterate on AI agents, prompts, specs, tools, and guardrails using evaluation sets and quality metrics; ensure quality via reviews, testing, demos, debugging, and feasibility/effort estimation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software development experience with strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or similar, using sound software engineering practices.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI technologies including LLMs, RAG architectures, embeddings, prompt engineering, and evaluation techniques.
  • •Practical knowledge of Spec-Driven/Contract-First Development standards such as OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, JSON Schema, protobuf, or similar.
  • •Strong cloud expertise (Azure, AWS, or OCI) including CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes, automation, and observability.
  • •Solid software architecture experience including API-first design, Hexagonal Architecture, event-driven architectures (Kafka), and enterprise system integrations plus relational/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
