•Move the org away from reactive ops toward durable, self-healing platforms
•Serve as an elite Incident Commander during high-stakes outages and translate chaos into actionable stabilization
•Define the Golden Paths for Cloud migrations to preserve multi-active, regionally resilient architectures
•Mentor Senior and Staff SREs to think like software architects and raise the engineering bar

•15+ years of experience in large-scale distributed systems, software engineering, or infrastructure roles with a track record of driving system architecture
•Proficiency in Go or Python with a code-first approach and production-grade automation experience
•Proven technical leadership in building global, active-active distributed systems at hyperscale, functioning as an architect and engineering peer
•Mastery of Kubernetes and Terraform to manage complex, multi-tenant cloud topographies
•Experience as primary Lead Incident Commander for tier-0 global outages and translating operational chaos into stabilization
