Key Responsibilities

  • •Test and compare server and networking hardware configurations for performance, stability, and compatibility.
  • •Own hardware acceptance, including burn-in checks, firmware/BIOS baselines, and known-good configurations.
  • •Plan and coordinate hardware maintenance and upgrades across sites with schedules, checklists, and validation steps.
  • •Coordinate installations and maintenance with onsite providers/contractors and review evidence to ensure quality.
  • •Produce documentation for test results, approved SKUs, configuration standards, maintenance runbooks, and troubleshoot hardware issues for spares/RMA decisions.
