Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end delivery of complex design and software/digital solution programs for the global Printer portfolio, aligned to business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • •Run design intake and requirements readiness by capturing request details, confirming readiness, and coordinating with product owners and technical program managers before commitments are finalized.
  • •Translate approved design work into Jira epics, stories, tasks, and linked deliverables, maintaining traceability across PRDs, requirements documents, decision logs, and launch plans.
  • •Act as a cross-functional connector across UX, Product, R&D, Engineering, Data, Business, Legal, Privacy, Security, QA, and partner teams; identify misalignment and escalate with options and recommendations.
  • •Improve design operations by standardizing intake/planning/review/handoff/reporting, building reusable templates, managing budgets and governance, and driving delivery using Agile/Hybrid methodologies through discovery to post-launch learning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, project management, design operations, product operations, or related experience in software, digital product, UX, or enterprise platform environments.
  • •Strong understanding of the product design lifecycle, from discovery and requirements framing through launch and optimization.
  • •Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams across time zones with clear communication and attention to detail.
  • •Experience with Jira and design/operational tools such as Figma, Microsoft 365, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, and Smartsheet; keen interest in AI tools.
