Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads and converting customer interest into sales transactions, coordinating with the field Sales team and Pre-Sales Engineers. You will qualify MQLs, drive SQLs, build quotes in Salesforce, and forecast deals while maintaining up-to-date Salesforce records and presenting the company portfolio to end users.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in a timely manner by reaching out to customers for qualification and converting MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
•Attract prospects and identify lead generation strategies and opportunities contributing towards an annual revenue target.
•Drive SQLs and successfully close deals in coordination with the field sales team and Pre-Sales Engineers.
•Follow up on a daily basis with customers and partners on open opportunities.
•Accelerate pipeline to closure avoiding losing deals and stalled transactions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a related field.
•At least 2 years of relevant experience in the IT sector.
•Experience with lead qualification and sales processes (MQLs/SQLs).
•Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and maintaining up-to-date records.
•Ability to build quotes in Salesforce and process discount approvals.
