Key Responsibilities

  • •Structural Construction Supervision: Supervise construction of structural elements including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls, and steel structures.
  • •Quality Assurance & Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, and structural installations and ensure quality control procedures for material testing, concrete pouring, and curing.
  • •Airport Infrastructure Coordination: Coordinate structural works related to terminal buildings, control towers, utility buildings, hangars, and other airport facilities, working with civil, electrical, and mechanical teams.
  • •Project Monitoring & Reporting: Track daily site progress, prepare site and inspection reports, and update progress; identify structural issues and recommend corrective measures.
  • •Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with construction safety regulations and environmental standards, implementing safety procedures at site.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • •Minimum 6–10 years of experience in structural construction, preferably in airport, aviation, or large infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structural systems.
  • •Experience in terminal building structures, hangars, or large public infrastructure will be an advantage.
  • •Familiarity with structural drawings, construction methods, and quality control standards.
