Job Summary

Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems across residential and commercial facilities. Diagnose complex faults and handle emergency breakdowns to restore service quickly, while ensuring work meets SLA/KPI requirements. Maintain service records, PPM checklists, and technical reports, and coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure full compliance with HSE standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems, including HVAC (DX units, FCUs, AHUs, package units, chilled water systems), electrical systems, and plumbing systems
•Diagnose complex faults and complete necessary repairs and rectifications
•Ensure maintenance activities are completed according to SLA/KPI requirements
•Attend emergency breakdowns and restore services quickly
•Maintain service records, PPM checklists, and technical reports; coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors and follow HSE procedures

Key Requirements

•ITI in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent
•5–8 years of experience in MEP maintenance (FM/AMC preferred)
•UAE/GCC experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise buildings preferred
•Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills across MEP systems
•Ability to supervise teams and manage site activities
