Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage RDBMS and NoSQL solutions
  • •Ensure database performance, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery across environments deployed on bare-metal servers and virtual machines
  • •Implement and manage replication chains, partitioning / sharding, backups
  • •Assist development teams in creating, optimizing, and problem solving with RDBMS and NoSQL solutions
  • •Troubleshooting
  • •Drive automation using Terraform, Puppet, and custom tooling for infrastructure and database lifecycle management

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator
  • •Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field of study
  • •Expert-level experience with at least one of MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • •Familiarity with other RDBMS or NoSQL solutions
  • •Strong knowledge of SQL (DDL, DML, DCL)
  • •Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms
  • •Proficiency in Linux
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • •English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
