Senior Project Manager

Lead end-to-end project service delivery for construction projects, ensuring client objectives are met through effective schedule, budget, and stakeholder management. Run client meetings, manage risks and milestone activities, and validate field quality control for civil works. Oversee contractors, vendors, and consultants, support design and engineering decisions, review payment requests, and advocate for the client during change orders and disputes. Drive value engineering and manage close-out handover documentation.
