Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end service delivery, interfacing with the client and consultants across all project stages.
  • •Manage schedule and budgets, and oversee general contractors, vendors, and directly contracted consultants.
  • •Review construction progress, work-in-place, and approve capital expenditure spends including cost estimate revisions.
  • •Plan, organize, schedule, direct, and control project delivery to keep milestones on track and avoid schedule slip.
  • •Lead risk management activities (including the risk register and risk workshops), value engineering sessions, and support close-out transfer of building operations with documentation and warranties.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a project manager.
  • •Sector experience (e.g., corporate occupier, retail, real estate).
  • •Experience in commissioning.
  • •Engineering or architectural degree with chartered status.
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish at a working level to lead meetings and prepare reports; PMI (or equivalent) is a plus.
