Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, document, and produce fintech partner overviews and partner-specific trainings aligned with product sales materials to improve advisor-focused distribution tactics.
  • •Manage and improve relationships with fintech platform partners; act as a subject-matter authority and support wholesalers and firms in using fintech solutions to improve the sales process.
  • •Onboard, handle, and enhance fintech partner relationships in partnership with the Senior Consultant; assist in design, implementation, and execution of business plans.
  • •Develop educational and overview materials and attend/present at internal or external engagements to create partner opportunities and educate sales teams and financial professionals.
  • •Build reporting and manage expectations in alignment with the FinTech Platform Strategy, partnering with the Senior Consultant and leadership; may perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in business administration or related field (preferred).
  • •FINRA Series 6/7 and Series 63/66, plus life and health insurance required; advanced designations (CFP, CLU, ChFC) preferred.
  • •Five years of sales or business development experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • •Solid understanding of the RIA ecosystem, advisor business models, distribution practices, and financial services products (including RIAs, custodians, broker-dealers, OIDs, and fintech platforms).
  • •Strong ability to communicate and present, translate business information and technical concepts, and build relationships to lead cross-functional work and solve problems in ambiguous situations.
