Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including screening, scheduling interviews, preparing offers/contracts, and maintaining records for new hires.
  • •Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, support grievance resolution, and conduct exit interviews to analyze feedback trends.
  • •Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, process employee lifecycle transactions, and generate regular HR reports and workforce analytics.
  • •Support payroll preparation by ensuring employee data accuracy; administer benefits, medical insurance, and leave management; and assist in salary reviews.
  • •Coordinate performance appraisal and development plans, learning and development programs, and ensure HR compliance with UAE Labour Law, audits, and HR policy initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
  • •More than 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
  • •Experience handling multiple HR disciplines in a generalist capacity.
  • •Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment practices.
  • •Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems, plus Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
