Key Responsibilities

  • •Support internal stakeholders with purchase requests and purchase order processes within the Coupa Procurement platform.
  • •Implement and maintain supplier catalogs in Coupa to improve user adoption and procurement efficiency.
  • •Execute requisitions from submission through supplier transmission, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • •Maintain and update Coupa procurement best practices documentation, training materials, and user guides.
  • •Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and other teams; contribute to procurement process improvements and provide KPI reporting and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
  • •1+ years of hands-on experience with the Coupa Procurement platform, including catalogue implementation and management.
  • •Proven experience managing requisition-to-PO processes with speed and accuracy.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
