Job Summary

Own fund accounting and administration for Redesign Health’s US and international funds, including NAV and financial statement preparation, capital calls/distributions, investor onboarding, and investor-facing reporting. Review K-1s, partnership tax filings, FATCA/CRS, Form ADV and CIMA reporting, while partnering with Technology & AI to design AI-native processes and scale operations across new international markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Own fund accounting across a complex multi-vehicle structure, maintain books in Allvue, review quarterly NAV packages and Partner Capital statements, oversee reconciliations, and prepare/review fund financial statements.
•Run capital call and distribution cycles end to end, including pro-rata calculations, equalization/true-ups, notice preparation/validation, wire verification, investor onboarding/subscriptions, and KYC/AML.
•Resolve investor questions and requests from the investor relations inbox, including reporting requests and audit confirmations, and address investor tax/accounting inquiries.
•Review and sign off on K-1s and partnership tax forms (1042/8804), oversee FATCA/CRS and Form ADV/CIMA regulatory reporting, and coordinate/review external preparers.
•Lead fund launches and external audits end to end as senior reviewer/technical accounting owner, and partner with Technology & AI to design AI-native fund administration processes.

Key Requirements

•CPA (or equivalent license) with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
•8+ years in fund accounting and fund administration within venture capital, private equity, or hedge funds, including senior reviewer experience.
•Deep command of US partnership accounting and complex fund structures (SPVs, aggregators/parallel funds, holding vehicles, offshore blockers, and international funds).
•Demonstrated ownership of capital calls, distributions, NAV and capital account calculations, valuations, and review of fund financial statements.
•Experience leading external fund audits and managing fund administrators, auditors, and external legal counsel.
