Job Summary

Lead safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations across multiple departments and shifts. Develop and coach employees to meet production targets while managing departmental costs, profitability, and inventory. Drive continuous improvement initiatives including 5S and TPM, prioritize workplace safety, and ensure compliance with UFP policies and applicable laws. Partner with maintenance for preventative maintenance and equipment reliability, operate a forklift when needed, and maintain accurate production records.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily production operations and lead production across multiple departments and shifts.
•Supervise, coach, motivate, and develop employees to maximize productivity and engagement.
•Plan work activities, set expectations, and ensure production targets are met.
•Monitor and manage department costs, profitability, and inventory while preparing reports and maintaining records.
•Lead continuous improvement (CI) initiatives including 5S and TPM and champion safety (JDAs, JSAs, audits, LOTO compliance).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19 - 21 hourly
