Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regularly scheduled maintenance on equipment and facilities.
  • •Maintain and troubleshoot control and motor systems; repair or replace defective parts.
  • •Perform basic welding and fabrication as needed to support maintenance work.
  • •Communicate daily with Production and Shipping, and with Plant and Warehouse Managers to develop maintenance priorities.
  • •Drive 5S workplace organization in the maintenance area and ensure CM/PMs are properly performed and documented in MaintainX.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and solve equipment problems.
  • •Ability to perform welding and basic fabrication as needed.
  • •Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment and trouble-shooting process machinery.
  • •Basic understanding of motor controls and ability to read wiring diagrams.
  • •MS Office literate and able to communicate effectively in English.
