Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of the internal CRM, auditing the existing Node.js/Express backend and React frontend to identify gaps, bugs, technical debt, and security risks.
  • •Develop, test, and maintain CRM features including lead management, communications, agent workflows, reporting, and administrative tools.
  • •Maintain and improve AI functionality using OpenAI and Anthropic APIs within the existing agentic tool gateway, including tool permissions and safety controls.
  • •Support real-time CRM communications using Redis and Socket.IO, and maintain calling/texting functionality powered by Twilio Voice.
  • •Manage infrastructure, deployments, and CI/CD across Render, Cloudflare, AWS S3, MongoDB Atlas, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 3,400 - 4,800 monthly
