Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for new customer engagements (including setup of SSO and connectors).
•Own delivery from kickoff through go-live to renewal, clarifying timelines and services budgets for all stakeholders.
•Create and execute joint success plans to drive adoption, engagement, and measurable business value; manage programs end-to-end.
•Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across delivery, operations, and technical teams; document onboarding processes and playbooks for continuous improvement.
•Monitor deployment progress and customer satisfaction, identify risks, and escalate blockers when needed.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in technical deployment, implementation management, or technical account management of SaaS products at Enterprise customers.
