Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve the technical operations strategy across core networking, endpoint/device management, and infrastructure supporting corporate, retail, and authentication-center locations.
  • •Partner with the VP of AI to lead enterprise AI enablement, driving adoption and governance of enterprise AI platforms.
  • •Provide direct enterprise application support and roadmap for NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Okta in coordination with Finance, HR, and Sales/CX.
  • •Build and mature incident and problem management practices, including real-time response, escalation, and root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • •Set and manage SLAs, operational metrics, and vendor relationships; attract, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing technical operations team.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive technical operations leadership running enterprise IT/infrastructure at scale in a multi-site environment (retail/distribution preferred).
  • •Proven success leading enterprise AI enablement initiatives, including driving adoption of platforms such as Google Gemini Enterprise or Microsoft Copilot.
  • •Deep hands-on knowledge of core networking, endpoint/device management (MDM), and infrastructure supporting distributed retail/field locations.
  • •Track record managing enterprise applications and related vendor/stakeholder relationships including NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Okta.
  • •Experience building and running mature incident and problem management functions with postmortems and continuous improvement; people-first leadership.
