Job Summary

Drive insight-led decisions for Samsung’s Mobile Experience business by producing weekly and monthly market analysis reports. You’ll compare Samsung performance against key competitors, monitor churn and sales progress, and deliver granular regional insights to strengthen local operations. Partner with mobile teams across the region, ensure data accuracy and usability, and continuously improve data collection, reporting speed, and cross-source automated reporting pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Track Samsung performance vs. key competitors across price segments and flag significant market movements with recommendations.
•Monitor performance of key products vs. competitor models, analyze churn-in/churn-out trends, and track sales progress.
•Build structured weekly and monthly data reports by extracting and processing market data from multiple sources.
•Provide granular regional analysis (e.g., region/province/city level) for assigned markets and engage with local counterparts.
•Optimize data collection and reporting processes by building automated reporting pipelines and cross-source data integration; present findings to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of professional experience in data analytics, market research, business analytics, CMI or a related field.
•Familiarity with syndicated market research tools and data sources.
•Experience managing large-scale databases and performing data collection/cleaning, modeling, reporting, and visualization.
•Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI/Query, DAX, and SQL is a plus.
•Ability to create clear, insight-led, action-driven reports with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
