Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop suppliers, evaluate capabilities and resilience, and conduct qualification reviews for new suppliers.
  • •Assess supplier quality management systems and capabilities, and ensure suppliers are included in the qualified supplier directory.
  • •Develop and optimize material incoming inspection standards and supervise implementation to ensure material quality stability.
  • •Assess supplier performance across quality, delivery, and after-sales, driving improvement action plans and maintaining supply chain effectiveness and quality assurance.
  • •Handle OEM/ODM after-sales quality issues, coordinate resolution with suppliers, and supervise implementation of improvement measures and effective solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduation from an engineering-related major (Electrical Engineering, mechanical, or electronics preferred).
  • •At least 5 years of supplier quality management experience.
  • •Familiar with quality management standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
  • •Experience with problem analysis techniques such as 8D/5W/QC, including developing corrective and preventive actions and tracking results.
  • •Good English communication and proficiency with Office software; able to work with domestic/international travel.
