Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver leadership development programs and initiatives, customizing curriculum and training materials to meet organizational and stakeholder needs.
  • •Improve understanding and consistent demonstration of leadership behaviors across the organization.
  • •Monitor, evaluate, and collect leadership program reports and metrics aligned to business priorities.
  • •Organize and lead a leadership community of practice and collaborate with Global Talent and Talent teams on program alignment and tools.
  • •Manage operational/administrative delivery for leadership programs, including logistics, facilities, materials, and internal facilitator management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources Development, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, including program implementation, curriculum design, and learning tools.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in leadership development, management development, or soft skills development.
  • •Proven experience designing and implementing leadership and management development programs.
  • •Strong project management and program coordination skills to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
