Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply procurement processes, market research, and business management to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • •Formulate contracting approach and determine best contract type with applicable clauses and terms for solicitation requirements.
  • •Perform cost and price analysis and supporting documentation for price fair and reasonableness determinations.
  • •Maintain liaison with contractors to interpret obligations and provide problem resolution while implementing contract management policies and procedures.
  • •Coordinate with legal/finance and stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements; monitor execution, maintain detailed records, and prepare purchasing files and purchase orders.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Minimum five years of experience in contract management, contractual terms, pricing structures/tools, negotiation, and proposals.
  • •Master’s Degree or Juris Doctorate (preferred).
  • •FAC-C Professional, DAWIA Level II or III, or equivalent (preferred).
  • •Strong presentation, written and in-person communication, with well-developed organizational/time-management and leadership skills.
