Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide and advise multiple data science projects to stay on track and deliver maximum impact, including statistical modeling, experiment design, and classifier implementation across our search engine, instant answers, AI, and revenue optimization.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to validate direction through data, build trust in organizational tactics, and consult on experiments; drive improvement of the data pipeline.
  • •Develop and mentor data scientists, setting clear expectations and removing blockers to enable high performance.
  • •Shape our all-in-one privacy solution by contributing to product strategy and metrics, and ensuring production-grade ML/NLP systems are deployed effectively.
  • •Lead the Data Science team’s roadmaps and initiatives, aligning with company priorities and ensuring timely delivery while adapting to changing priorities.
