Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end design for a feature area, covering user needs analysis, user flows, high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and reusable components through shipped product.
  • •Translate complex technical processes into simple, intuitive experiences for IT admins and security practitioners.
  • •Iterate quickly with input from product managers, engineers, technical writers, and based on user feedback and data.
  • •Advocate for users in product decisions, presenting and defending design thinking to senior stakeholders.
  • •Contribute to the Delinea Design System and review peers’ work, offering constructive feedback and mentoring junior designers as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer for web or SaaS products, owning features from concept through delivery.
  • •Experience designing B2B, cybersecurity, or other complex, data-dense enterprise systems and simplifying complexity for users.
  • •High proficiency with Figma and modern design/prototyping tools; working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • •A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and your design process.
  • •Comfort developing leadership and project management skills, including driving work with good judgment about when to loop in others.
