Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet with military installation senior leadership to build relationships and support military member/family business opportunity events.
  • •Use knowledge of USAA products and military affairs goals to serve as a resource and lead/training cross-functional teams for face-to-face marketing and informational events.
  • •Work with military expert lines of business when access to installations is required to drive project success and deepen senior leader relationships.
  • •Analyze trends and past campaign performance to make recommendations on market segments and adjust marketing approach to meet objectives.
  • •Plan, negotiate, and execute installation marketing agreements and related messaging, conduct Military Acumen Visits, and provide Military 101/financial readiness training while auditing communications for accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree; or 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • •4 or more years of experience engaging the military community.
  • •Understanding of tactical/operational planning, program development, and project tracking, including business metrics.
  • •Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and develop analyses, charts, and documentation.
  • •Possession of a Military ID card and ability to meet USAA safety driving requirements.
