•Conduct valuation and business case modeling to guide decisions on acquisitions and investments.
•Manage diligence processes and escalate critical findings effectively across cross-functional teams and external advisors.
•Build presentations for senior leadership and support post-close integration/separation planning.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
•8+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategy consulting (preferably with M&A exposure).
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial and valuation analysis.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing materials for senior executives.
•Experience driving cross-functional diligence and managing multiple projects in a demanding environment.
