Job Summary

Set and lead the QA strategy for the AML domain, ensuring the accuracy, validity, and value of QA outcomes. Own delivery against KPIs and objectives, refine processes and operating procedures, and plan capacity to consistently meet SLAs. Lead and coach a QA team, validate complex AML case outcomes, and work with Compliance and operational stakeholders to translate QA data into actionable insights and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Set and drive the QA strategy for the AML domain, ensuring QA outcomes are accurate, valid, and valuable.
•Lead and coach a high-performing AML QA team, manage succession plans, and develop team skills.
•Take accountability for delivery against KPIs and objectives, identifying process improvements and refining standard operating procedures.
•Own planning and execution including sampling methodology, test scripts, and scorecards; manage forecast demand and capacity to meet KPIs and SLAs.
•Act as a subject matter expert in AML policy, QA, and risk management; validate complex case outcomes and partner with Compliance and operational leaders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 4,000 - 5,500 monthly

Key Requirements

•4+ years of proven leadership experience in operations or compliance, including at least 2 years leading a medium-sized organization (20-40 people).
•+3 years of AML experience in the financial services sector.
•Advanced knowledge of AML laws and regulations, with a deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks for financial services or payments.
•Ability to use analytics to manage domain metrics and translate data into trends for continuous improvement.
•Fluent English and the ability to clearly communicate complex topics to influence senior stakeholders.
