Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and drive the QA strategy for the AML domain, ensuring QA outcomes are accurate, valid, and valuable.
  • •Lead and coach a high-performing AML QA team, manage succession plans, and develop team skills.
  • •Take accountability for delivery against KPIs and objectives, identifying process improvements and refining standard operating procedures.
  • •Own planning and execution including sampling methodology, test scripts, and scorecards; manage forecast demand and capacity to meet KPIs and SLAs.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert in AML policy, QA, and risk management; validate complex case outcomes and partner with Compliance and operational leaders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 4,000 - 5,500 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of proven leadership experience in operations or compliance, including at least 2 years leading a medium-sized organization (20-40 people).
  • •+3 years of AML experience in the financial services sector.
  • •Advanced knowledge of AML laws and regulations, with a deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks for financial services or payments.
  • •Ability to use analytics to manage domain metrics and translate data into trends for continuous improvement.
  • •Fluent English and the ability to clearly communicate complex topics to influence senior stakeholders.
