Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers entering the service area and answer questions or direct them to the appropriate person/location.
  • •Record appointment and vehicle information (name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage).
  • •Control service traffic flow and park vehicles after they are written up; assist with loaner vehicles as needed.
  • •Retrieve vehicles at cashier for pickup, wait at the vehicle for customers, and thank them for their business.
  • •Maintain a clean, safe service drive area and drive vehicles between service lanes/stalls and the parking lot as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Greets customers in the service area with a friendly, professional attitude and directs them appropriately.
  • •Determines appointment status and records customer/vehicle details, including VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing damage.
  • •Drive safely and report lot damage or accidents immediately while following all company safety policies and procedures.
  • •Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and I.D. tags for vehicles taken in for service.
  • •Be authorized to work in the USA and pass pre-employment testing (background check, MVR, drug test, credit report) with a valid driver license.
