Own end-to-end features for elastic.co on the Web Engineering team, from React component work and backend services to deployment pipelines and production releases. Key Requirements

•3+ years in a full-stack or frontend role with strong TypeScript and React experience, including component architecture, performance, and state management.
•Production experience building and operating backend services using Node.js, Python, or Go.
•Own CI/CD pipelines end-to-end (e.g., GitHub Actions or Jenkins), including frontend build tooling, bundle optimization, and deployment automation.
•Experience using AI to accelerate development, debug complex systems, and optimize code while still owning outcomes.
•Build at high availability and scalability in production, including writing secure code and resolving security issues under pressure.
