Job Summary

Lead and develop a team of software engineers and technical project managers to deliver enterprise software products on time and within budget. Drive scalable software design and engineering excellence through code/design reviews, SDLC adoption, and comprehensive testing (unit, integration, performance, end-to-end). Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to influence architecture and technical strategy, mentor engineers, and guide delivery in Agile environments.

•Supervise a team of software engineers and technical project managers, setting the group's strategic direction.
•Drive delivery of critical software projects, aligning outcomes with timelines, scope, quality, and business objectives.
•Guide analysis, design, and development of scalable software solutions based on business requirements.
•Conduct code and design reviews to maintain engineering excellence and best practices.
•Champion SDLC adoption, testing, and security best practices while mentoring/coaching engineers and collaborating with Product Management and engineering teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
•14+ years of experience in software design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications.
•Proven people leadership experience with stakeholder management, coaching, and talent development.
•Strong understanding of unit testing and test-driven development (TDD), plus modern software quality practices.
•Hands-on experience with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes) and distributed systems (Protocol Buffers, gRPC).
