•Design large-scale zero-to-one product experiences using end-to-end UX processes from research through delivery.

•Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and legal experts to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and compliant.
•Mentor and guide junior designers while championing user-centered design principles across the lifecycle.
•Work within and help evolve the design system to maintain a cohesive experience across products and platforms.
