Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Sr. Manager to brainstorm, pilot, and implement studio-wide processes that improve design health and team velocity.
•Critically evaluate and redesign how design work is reviewed and approved to reduce friction and ensure early alignment.
•Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of design programs, integrating Core Design and Production Design.
•Establish and refine SLAs for campaign delivery needs and ensure Core Design systems are operationalized by Production Design.
•Mentor program managers and use data/visibility tools to advocate for the design team’s resource allocation and capacity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 284,000 - 480,000 annually
