Sr. HVAC Technician - Lenexa, KS

Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for customers in a defined commercial market. Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems, coordinating end-to-end work with team leaders/project managers and customers. Use air conditioning theory, pipe fitting knowledge, mechanical layouts, and blueprints along with hand tools and cutting-edge software to diagnose and restore equipment. Enforce safety standards, maintain asset accountability, and mentor team members while supporting occasional overtime and overnight stays.
