Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic partners using Fever’s proprietary data and technology, while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and optimizing operating workflows as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners in the Brazilian market, impacting product prioritization and localized revenue optimization.
•Advise strategic partners using Fever’s proprietary data and technology to help them succeed and grow.
•Turn complex data into actionable business cases and drive accountability for CAC, LTV, and ROI.
•Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to keep operations lean, efficient, and scalable.
•Work with regional stakeholders (e.g., Country and Regional General Managers) to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs.

Key Requirements

•4-5+ years in an analytical business role, including strategy consulting, fast-growing startups, or investment banking, with a track record of leading complex projects that drive measurable growth.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
•Ability to leverage data to make strategic business decisions and craft narratives for senior stakeholders.
•Excellent interpersonal skills to manage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders across cultures and disciplines.
•Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus); proficiency in SQL, Python, or R preferred.
