Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow two teams: UX (human onboarding and activation) and Agent Platform (agent experience via programmatic interfaces).
  • •Own the roadmap for the self-serve user journey from first touch through activation, monetization, usage expansion, feature adoption, and PQL graduation.
  • •Drive the agent-facing platform by building an API-driven experience for agents to integrate with and operate on Render.
  • •Partner with product and design to align roadmap with customer, growth, and platform needs.
  • •Hire and develop engineers and establish strong performance management and career development practices while maintaining clear team identities.
  • •Make architectural and product decisions balancing long-term platform investment against iterative onboarding and activation improvements.
