Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage project accounts with strong techno-functional understanding of the OTM application.
  • •Configure OTM modules, design business requirements, and support migration projects.
  • •Create and maintain OTM artifacts (Agents, Saved Queries, Action Checks, Custom Actions, Screensets, Manager Layouts, Workbenches) and manage user roles/preferences and data import/export (CSV, XML, JSPX, XSL).
  • •Handle financial and trade management capabilities, including Invoice Approval Rules, Match Rule Profiles, and Trade Compliance/Trade Management.
  • •Lead testing (internal testing and UAT), support go-live activities, coordinate quarterly upgrades, and provide stakeholder status reporting while integrating OTM with other systems (EBS, JDE, SAP).

Key Requirements

  • •Strong techno-functional understanding of OTM application for managing project accounts and delivery.
  • •Deep knowledge of OTM & GTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Management, Contract and Rate Management, Business Process Automation, Financials, Trade Compliance, and Trade Management.
  • •Experience configuring OTM modules and building/customizing components such as Agents, Saved Queries, Action Checks, Custom Actions, Screensets, Manager Layouts, and Workbenches.
  • •Knowledge of Financials including Invoice Approval Rules and Match Rule Profiles.
  • •Experience integrating OTM with other modules/systems (e.g., EBS, JDE, SAP) and supporting migration projects.
