Job Summary

Manage Visa’s global endpoint systems that connect client institutions to core services in Visa data centers. Own technical support, change execution, incident and problem management, and ensure high availability through monitoring and performance investigations. Create and validate Linux scripts for vendor installation/activation, perform remote endpoint server installation/configuration, and coordinate with global support, vendors, and development teams to resolve issues quickly while following ITIL and security guidelines.
