Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and lead a team responsible for EDMS and platform production support across onshore, offshore, and vendors.
  • •Provide L1/L2 production support for EDMS application and handle escalation as the highest internal escalation level.
  • •Coordinate incident handling and alerting (phone calls, emails, and incident tickets) and produce periodic/ad-hoc status reports.
  • •Lead RPA operations: start-stop, execution, monitoring, and validate data in RPA dashboards to detect discrepancies.
  • •Ensure compliance with PMO/QMS/risk/audit/architecture guidelines, align projects to business objectives, and coordinate patching and vulnerability remediation.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in application production support and RPA technology.
  • •Thorough knowledge of WebLogic Webserver and Oracle database for production support.
  • •Strong knowledge of Java code and Unix/Linux commands.
  • •Experience managing production support functions and leading L1/L2 support activities, including willingness to support off-business hours if needed.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, including capability to manage small project changes/enhancements and run RPA start-stop/execution/monitoring.
