Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects from planning through design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Interface with clients to define project requirements, prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimate and budget, cash flow, schedules/milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Identify and qualify delivery resources, run request for proposals, complete bid analysis, lead evaluation interviews, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Implement communication plans and project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements, ensuring project data integrity and accurate, timely documentation.
  • •Supervise progress against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and timelines; report status/variances; craft action plans; implement change management and risk mitigation/contingency plans.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree and at least 6 years of related experience and/or training in industry trends, project management, and construction procedures/best practices.
  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and ability to complete all administrative tasks for the role.
  • •Ability to work under pressure, meet close deadlines, and be on site regularly during project duration (with flexibility for non-traditional hours).
  • •Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks, developing plans to address identified issues.
