Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure material availability to support the Master Production Schedule (MPS) through effective planning and execution in SAP.
  • •Execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP), including converting planned orders to PRs and timely conversion of PRs into POs.
  • •Monitor material coverage, identify supply risks, and drive timely mitigation to prevent production disruptions.
  • •Track supplier acknowledgements, PO confirmations, delivery commitments, and past-due orders, escalating as needed.
  • •Develop and continuously improve the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) database and optimize safety stock, inventory parameters, and planning master data; also manage inventory optimization initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, industrial engineering, business, or a related discipline.
  • •Min 8 years of experience in material planning, materials management, supply planning, inventory planning, or production planning.
  • •Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, with strong knowledge of SAP MM.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • •Knowledge of MRP, inventory management, SIOP, RCCP, and supply planning processes, including experience with inventory optimization and supplier collaboration.
