Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect vehicle work quality for each team member and identify items not meeting company standards.
  • •Communicate with detail line staff about quality and production goals, and coach in a positive, collaborative manner.
  • •Ensure proper techniques and procedures are implemented; train team members on standard operating procedures for vehicle detail.
  • •Assist on the detail line, perform final detail tasks as needed, and support shop cleaning and basic equipment maintenance.
  • •Log vehicle information into computer systems after inspection; photograph and stage vehicles; run inventory reports and report equipment breakdowns immediately.

  • •Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license meeting requirements.
