Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day regional management of IT infrastructure, aligned with standards and guidelines from Infrastructure Engineering.
  • •Operate, maintain, and support network solutions and core applications, including Cisco/Meraki devices and Windows Server environments.
  • •Monitor and optimize global IT systems using IT monitoring tools, perform capacity planning and hardware lifecycle management, and measure system utilization.
  • •Handle complex issues as 2nd-level support and ensure production takeovers for new/changed hard- and software.
  • •Own operational documentation, including system-level procedures/configurations/standards, plus disaster recovery planning and vulnerability remediation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science with 7 years minimum of relevant practical experience in IT system administration.
  • •Strong knowledge of network solutions including LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and MPLS, plus Cisco devices.
  • •Experience administering Microsoft technologies and Windows Server environments (2019, 2022, 2025), including Active Directory.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly and mentor selected Field Services team members on Level 1 infrastructure topics.
  • •Comfort working in an intensely collaborative environment with diverse stakeholders.
