Job Summary

We’re seeking a Technical Account Manager to bridge between mid-market customers and the product team, owning the onboarding, adoption, and expansion journey. You’ll manage technical projects, guide customers to realize value from the platform, advise on best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to surface improvements for the product.

Key Responsibilities

•Retain and expand mid-market customers as a key member of the Customer Success team
•Collaborate with Sales to strategize on increasing adoption of the platform within large organizations
•Deliver timely onboarding for customers through effective project management and demonstrate the full value of the product
•Provide clear proactive technical guidance across all products to customers
•Collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering and other teams to assist with technical escalations

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a client facing and/or technology focused role combining business experience and technical acumen
•Experience managing and executing technical projects with a customer-first attitude and a strong sense of empathy
•Excellent project management and communication skills
•Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems (SQL, databases, APIs, reporting tools, etc.)
•Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills with a continuous desire to improve your technical acumen
