Key Responsibilities

  • •Support commercial and financial management of a portfolio of Middle East projects, monitoring performance against budget, forecast, and business plan.
  • •Assist with project financial reporting and performance reviews for project managers and leadership.
  • •Manage monthly billing for allocated projects, including invoice preparation support and billing status review.
  • •Prepare monthly Estimate at Completion (EAC) updates and analyze forecast variances across budgets, resources, labour costs, and subcontract commitments.
  • •Support contract administration and commercial governance (audits, risk identification/mitigation, compliance with delegated authorities) and assist with debt collection follow-up.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •3–7 years’ experience in commercial management, project finance, project controls, or project accounting.
  • •Strong understanding of project financial management principles.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills.
  • •Experience preparing project forecasts and financial reports, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
