Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end technical design and delivery for services that support customer acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, and revenue operations.
  • •Define and evolve system architecture for high-throughput, fault-tolerant metering and billing pipelines, balancing correctness, latency, cost, and operability.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Finance, RevOps, and Sales to translate business needs into scalable systems and manage edge cases, auditability, milestones, and risks.
  • •Build account lifecycle flows from acquisition through activation, expansion, billing, and offboarding, including onboarding (self-service and operator-initiated) and dunning/suspension.
  • •Own revenue integrations and pipelines that reconcile control-plane state with CRM, support, analytics, and BI systems, and design usage/cost transparency APIs with accuracy and latency guarantees.

Key Requirements

  • •Design and deliver production-grade backend systems, ideally in cloud environments, with meaningful ownership over architecture and operational outcomes.
  • •Strong proficiency in at least one systems/backend language (Go preferred) and the ability to navigate large codebases to drive technical decisions.
