Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and scale AI assistants, agents, and workflows for code understanding, documentation, testing, engineering Q&A, and secure integrations with approved tools and knowledge sources.
  • •Partner with engineering teams to identify productivity opportunities, define AI use cases, and produce solution designs, prototypes, and adoption plans with measurable outcomes.
  • •Develop reusable engineering assets including components, APIs, prompt libraries, agent templates, and connectors, along with standards for testing, documentation, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
  • •Connect AI solutions to trusted technical resources and automate tasks such as documentation, change summaries, system understanding, and technical support.
  • •Embed AI solutions into developer workflows (repositories, issue trackers, CI/CD, collaboration tools, internal portals) and ensure responsible AI, security, compliance, and governance through guardrails, evaluations, and risk controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • •10+ years in software development, platform engineering, AI solutions, automation, developer tools, or related technical fields.
  • •Hands-on experience building production software, APIs, integrations, automation frameworks, developer tools, or enterprise platforms.
  • •Experience designing and implementing AI solutions, including agents, assistants, prompt workflows, RAG, knowledge search, and workflow automation.
  • •Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, plus security, access control, data handling, compliance, responsible AI, quality assurance, and operational support for AI-enabled systems.
