Key Responsibilities

  • •Tailor a project-specific integrated Master Programme in coordination with relevant Parties and submit for review/approval.
  • •Propose, record and plan actions with the Design Manager and Project Lead to address concerns, anticipate delays, and provide continuous updates.
  • •Develop and maintain a pretender risk register with input from the Project Lead and relevant departments to support risk management.
  • •Ensure integration between Project Master Programme and Lead Consultant Programme and accuracy in capturing concerns from the Consultant.
  • •Develop, maintain and update a project procurement tracker aligned with the Procurement Strategy and delivery dates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture
  • •Data Centre Experience is mandatory
  • •Minimum 8-16 years of relevant experience
