Lead planning functions for a Data Center project, coordinating with Design Managers and Project Leads to develop and maintain the integrated Master Programme, monitor procurement and contractor baselines, and ensure timely execution across pre-tender, tender, and post-tender phases from Noida, India.

Key Responsibilities

•Tailor a project-specific integrated Master Programme in coordination with relevant Parties and submit for review/approval.
•Propose, record and plan actions with the Design Manager and Project Lead to address concerns, anticipate delays, and provide continuous updates.
•Develop and maintain a pretender risk register with input from the Project Lead and relevant departments to support risk management.
•Ensure integration between Project Master Programme and Lead Consultant Programme and accuracy in capturing concerns from the Consultant.
•Develop, maintain and update a project procurement tracker aligned with the Procurement Strategy and delivery dates.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture
•Data Centre Experience is mandatory
•Minimum 8-16 years of relevant experience
